# 4. Tokenomics

House rules at GRUMP:

* The Tokenomics of GrumpyCoinCat (GRUMP) are carefully designed to support sustainable growth and community engagement. Here's a detailed breakdown of the house rules at GRUMP:

  **Symbol and Name**

  * **Symbol**: GRUMP
  * **Name**: GrumpyCoinCat

  **Initial Supply**

  * **Initial Supply**: 99,500,000 GRUMP
    * The total initial supply of GRUMP tokens is fixed at 99.5 million tokens. This amount has been minted to the owner's address at the inception of the contract.

  **Transaction Fees**

  To sustain marketing efforts and incentivize the team, transaction fees are imposed on every transaction involving GRUMP tokens. The fees are broken down as follows:

  1. **Marketing Fee :**
     * A % fee on every transaction is allocated to the marketing wallet.
     * The marketing wallet is used to fund promotional activities, partnerships, and community events.
     * This ensures continuous visibility and engagement with the community, driving the growth of the GRUMP ecosystem.
  2. **Team Fee** :
     * A % fee on every transaction is allocated to the team wallet.
     * This wallet is used to reward the team members for their continuous contributions to the project.
     * It helps ensure the project's sustainability by incentivizing and retaining top talent.

  **Example Transaction**:

  * If a user transfers 1,000 GRUMP tokens, the transaction fees would be calculated as follows:
    * **Marketing Fee**: 1,000 \* 0.02 = 20 GRUMP
    * **Team Fee**: 1,000 \* 0.03 = 30 GRUMP
    * **Net Amount Transferred**: 1,000 - (20 + 30) = 950 GRUMP

  Thus, 950 GRUMP tokens are sent to the recipient, while 20 GRUMP tokens go to the marketing wallet and 30 GRUMP tokens to the team wallet.

  **Wallet Limit**

  * **Max Wallet Limit**: 1% of the max supply
    * No wallet can hold more than 1% of the total supply, which equates to 995,000 GRUMP.
    * This limit ensures fair distribution of the GRUMP tokens and prevents centralization.

  **Burn and Mint Capabilities**

  * **Burn**:
    * The contract allows the owner to burn (destroy) GRUMP tokens, reducing the total supply and creating deflationary pressure.
    * This feature ensures that the supply can be managed over time, increasing the scarcity and value of the remaining tokens.
  * **Mint**:
    * The owner cannot mint new token.
    * However, the mint function includes strict checks to ensure that no wallet exceeds the 1% max wallet limit.

  **Allocation**

  Here's a breakdown of the initial supply allocation:

  1. **Owner Allocation (Initial Supply)**:
     * The entire 99,500,000 GRUMP tokens were initially minted to the owner's address.
  2. **Marketing and Team**:
     * **Marketing Wallet**: Receives a 2% fee from every transaction.
     * **Team Wallet**: Receives a 3% fee from every transaction.
  3. **Community Distribution via ICO and Airdrop**:
     * A significant portion of the initial supply will be distributed through the ICO and airdrop events.

  **Summary Table**

  | Parameter            | Value                              |
