# 3. The GrumpyCoinCat Contract

**Key Features of the Base Contract:**

* **Marketing and Team**: A total of 0 to 10% of each transaction is distributed between marketing (%) and the team (%).
* **Wallet Limit**: No one can hold more than 1% of the total supply, because sharing is caring.
* **Burn and Mint Capability**: Our contract allows for the creation and destruction of GRUMP tokens for maximum flexibility.
* Grumpy mood :\
  Fee will be variable between 0 to 10% depend of the mood of grumpy cat, the actual mood (fee) will be visible on the website
